Our standard turn around time for orders is under 24 hrs. Most orders shipped same day, in fact in 2005 97.1% of our orders shipped same day. International orders may take longer. Same day shipping cutoff time is 3pm Central Time, orders received after 3pm CST are shipped the next business day. Estimated shipping times are from the date of shipment NOT from the moment you click Submit Order.

Your order will be shipped in plain brown packaging with a lone shipping label and a return address of Vanevan, Inc. Packed discretely and confidentially there is no indication of the contents of your package. Our orders are solidly packed in newspaper, the products will not rattle around and we rarely have shipping damage.

Our shipping charges are a flat rate charge based on the average cost of a 2 lb. package shipped via the advertised shipping methond. Advertised shipping rates include all handling, insurance and delivery confirmation charges.

International Shipping Duties & Administrative Fees: All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If you have encountered a shipping error please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to help you sort it out to get your package to you as soon as possible. If your package is determined to be lost in shipping we will gladly replace the lost item(s) when UPS or USPS issues a claim covering the cost of the lost shipment. We are not responsible for a shipping delay due to bad weather.
