All Glass Sex Toys Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the fact that these are sexually oriented items and of a fragile nature we cannot offer a long-term guarantee,
return, or exchange on any item(s) purchased for fear that they have been used sexually, improperly or damaged as a
result of mishandling by the customer.
Please keep all packing material and documentation including the ORIGINAL INVOICE in the event your item was damaged
in shipping and in need of a replacement. If your order was damaged in shipping YOU MUST contact our
Customer
Service within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. Beyond 48 hours of delivery confirmation, all sales are final.
Upon arrival, view your order and look for any chips or cracks that may be the result of mishandling (air bubbles or
other marks are not). If so, pack the item in the original shipping materials and contact us, we will issue an RMA
number authorizing the return of the damaged item. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and return it to us as
soon as possible. The RMA number issued will expire in 10 days from the date of issue, beyond that period no returned
merchandise will be accepted.
We will not, under any circumstance, accept returned items missing an RMA number or any of the original packaging
materials. Any items returned to us without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Once we receive and verify the item is in fact damaged we will gladly replace the damaged item(s). Replacement items
will be shipped via UPS Ground, a customer may request expedited shipping at their expense.
We do not cross ship any products. We must receive the item in question and verify its condition before we ship a
replacement.
Any cancelled or returned orders that have been shipped are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, issued from the original
invoice, shipping charges not refundable*.
Any cancelled orders that have not been shipped are subject to a 4% transaction fee to cover credit card processing fees
we incur at the time of purchase and crediting funds back to the customers credit card.
* Shipping charges are not refundable on orders that have been shipped. This includes but is not limited to shipping
charges paid at the time of purchase or any return shipping charges that we may incur in retrieving any package(s). In
the event that the order in question was shipped free of charge, the customer acknowledges and agrees at the time of the
return to reimburse All Glass Sex Toys for the amount billed to All Glass Sex Toys for shipping the order in question to
the customer.
The customer takes full responsibility for return shipping charges to All Glass Sex Toys, including insurance. If for
any reason a return package is not insured and damaged or lost in shipping, the customer assumes full responsibility
for the cost of the lost or damaged item(s).
We are not, under any circumstance, responsible for refunding any import fees or tariffs incurred by the customer. It
is the customer's responsibility to research such costs prior to ordering.
